The Chocolate Bean History
My passion for fine chocolate became evident at a very young age. As a child I would work hard around the house all week to collect my allowance. Every Friday night my father and I would go to the grocery store and I would spend the entire time in the candy aisle perusing the different kinds of chocolate until I finally made my selection and made my way to the cashier to spend my entire allowance on my indulgence. I would savor each piece of chocolate making my purchase last until my next trip to the grocery store.
One day while surfing the Internet I came across Ecole Chocolate, a culinary school dedicated to the art of chocolate and I knew this was my destiny, so began the intense learning process. The process of making artisan chocolates just seemed to come natural to me. I now concentrate all of my time on the art of making chocolate, and I am loving every minute of it. All items are made to order to ensure the freshest product possible.
The Chocolate Bean prides itself on making a quality product that will leave our customers wanting more. We strive to satisfy our customers needs and are always open to suggestions and trying new recipe development. Customer service is our number one priority. We offer both retail sales and wholesale to local businesses. Custom logo medallions are our specialty.
